  • User: Any individual who accesses or uses the KEnvia services.
  • Recipient: The person or entity designated by the User to receive the goods shipped through KEnvia.
  • Inbound Package: A package received at KEnvia’s warehouse that was ordered by the User.
  • Outbound Package: A package prepared and shipped by KEnvia from its warehouse to the User’s designated Recipient.

 

  1. Scope of Services
    KEnvia provides the following services:
  • Address Provision: Assigns a Korean Warehouse address for receiving packages on behalf of the User or Suite No.
  • Incoming Order : The User submit an Incoming Order Form, including the domestic tracking number and item details of your incoming package, before it arrives at our warehouse.
  • Assisted Purchase: KEnvia will purchase the item that you want by your request (Includes orders, payments, and delivers the products you find and registers them with your Incoming Order).
  • Package Forwarding: KEnvia ships your package to your place (Includes receiving, storing, repacking, consolidating, and internationally shipping Inbound Packages).
  • Storage Services: Package storage for a specific period at KEnvia’s warehouse facilities.
  • Shop: Kenvia Shop is an online store dedicated to K-POP and Korean merchandise, offering a wide range of products for K-global fans.
  • Customer Support: 24/7 email-based assistance for User inquiries.

 

  1. User Responsibilities
  • Use lawful: Use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Accurate Information: Users must ensure that their account details, shipping addresses, and declared package contents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prohibited Items: Users are prohibited from shipping items deemed illegal, hazardous, or restricted under applicable laws or KEnvia policies. Prohibited items include but are not limited to firearms, explosives, and perishable goods.
  • Inspection Responsibility: Inspection Responsibility: Users shall be responsible for inspection by referring to inspection comments, photos, etc. provided by KEnvia and shall be deemed to agree if the inspection opinion is not presented for a certain period of time.
  • Customs Compliance: Users must provide accurate customs declarations and are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with their shipments.
  • Timely Payment: Users must ensure timely payment of all fees associated with the Service.

 

  1. KEnvia Rights and Responsibilities
  • Inspection Rights: KEnvia reserves the right to inspect Inbound Packages to ensure compliance with its policies and applicable laws.
  • Liability Limitation: KEnvia is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by incorrect User information, prohibited items, or third-party carriers.
  • Service Modifications: KEnvia may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its Service without prior notice.
  • Storage Limitations: Packages stored beyond the specified free storage period may incur additional charges or be subject to disposal.

 

  1. Fees and Payments
  • Fee Structure: Service fees are outlined on the KEnvia website and include charges for storage, repacking, shipping, and optional add-ons.
  • Payment Methods: Users may pay via credit card, PayPal, or other accepted methods as specified on the KEnvia website.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to KEnvia’s refund policy, detailed on the website.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package cannot be delivered, KEnvia will notify the User and may arrange for return shipping at the User’s expense.

  • Data Sharing: KEnvia may share User data with third-party service providers as necessary to fulfill the Service.
