KSTORY EU Express is a special delivery service operated in partnership with KSTORY, a logistics partner based in Spain.

It offers a convenient and cost-effective way to ship packages to EU countries, with several key benefits:

  1. Streamlined EU Shipping

    All customs procedures are handled by KSTORY in Spain. After customs clearance, your package is reshipped domestically within the EU, ensuring smoother and faster delivery.

  2. Lower Shipping Costs

    Your package is shipped together with other customers’ packages, which helps reduce the overall shipping fee compared to standard express options.

  3. Affordable Customs Clearance Fee

    The customs service fee is just $8, significantly lower than typical express services that charge $15–$30.

  4. Support for Documentation

    KSTORY takes care of complex customs document requests on your behalf, especially for items that require additional verification.

EU countries have strict import regulations on certain categories of goods. The following items are generally not allowed to be imported:

  • Food and beverages

  • Kitchenware that comes into direct contact with food

  • Cosmetics and liquid products

  • Toys for children under the age of 12

  • Electronic products without CE certification

Important Notice:

If you attempt to import any of these restricted items, your package may be subject to customs inspection.

Depending on the outcome, customs may:

  • Dispose of the item locally (with disposal fees and possible penalties charged to you)

  • Return the item to Korea (return shipping costs will also be billed to you)

  2. Customs Duties — depends on the type of product (may be exempt with an FTA)

  3. Customs Processing Fee — varies by shipping carrier or customs broker

    • Example (via Spanish post office):

      • €4.20 VAT (for a €20 item)

      • Customs Duty (varies or exempt with FTA)

      • Processing Fee: €15–€30

    Since multiple packages are processed together, customs handling fees are significantly reduced compared to handling individual shipments.

Thanks to these advantages, the total cost of shipping—including delivery and customs processing—is generally lower than standard express services.

When you purchase an item through the KEnvia Shop, the product is first delivered to your assigned Korean warehouse address, not directly to your home.

After your package arrives at the warehouse, you’ll need to submit a Shipping Request in order to have it sent to your international address.

💡 You can also consolidate items:

Combine KEnvia-purchased items with other packages you bought directly from Korean online shops (using your Suite number) — and ship them together to save on international shipping costs.

You’ll be charged only from the day your item physically arrives at our warehouse.

Even if you submit your Assisted Purchase request in advance, storage fees do not start until the product has been delivered to your assigned warehouse space.

So, if your pre-ordered item arrives a month later, storage time starts from the arrival date, not from your request date.

If you’re ordering large, lightweight items like body cushions or plush toys, you can significantly reduce shipping costs by requesting our vacuum packaging service.

This service compresses bulky items to reduce volumetric weight, which is what most international couriers use to calculate shipping fees.

Vacuum packaging is an optional paid service, and charges will apply based on item size and handling.

Yes, you can ship fragile or sensitive items — but with caution.

To help protect your items during international shipping, we offer:

  • Extra bubble wrap packaging

  • “Fragile” stickers on all sides of the box

These services enhance protection, but please understand that perfect safety cannot be guaranteed during international transit due to factors beyond our control.
