How to use Package Shipping?

Ready to receive your items?

Once your packages have been inspected and are listed in your Warehouse, you can request international shipping at your convenience.

Shipping to your Korean Address

Start by going to the Warehouse section in your dashboard.
There, you’ll see a list of all the packages that have completed inspection and are ready to ship.

Click on “Shipping Request” — you can choose a single package or multiple packages to consolidate into one shipment.

Add or Edit Your Shipping Details

After clicking Shipping Request, you’ll be guided to review and enter your international shipping information.

Click the “Find Address” button to search for your destination address.

Confirm Your Shipping Address

Carefully review and add or edit any specific details — such as apartment number, zip code, or contact info — to ensure accurate delivery.

Take a moment to confirm that everything is accurate — this helps us ship your items smoothly and without delay.

No worries — If the exact address you entered doesn’t appear in the search results, try selecting a matching postal code first.
Once it’s retrieved, you can manually adjust the rest of the delivery address as needed to ensure it’s accurate.

Select Inspected Orders and Shipping Options

Select the packages or individual items that have been inspected and are ready for shipment.

You can also:
• Leave special instructions for packaging (e.g., add bubble wrap, remove outer box, etc.) through KEnvia Services
• Add delivery notes for the shipping carrier (optional)
• Select your preferred shipping carrier and service level, such as standard or express delivery

Take a moment to review your selections — you’re almost ready to receive your package!

Choose the shipping carrier and service level that best fits your needs.

If you’re in Europe, you can also select “KStory EU Express”, our dedicated shipping service for select European regions.

Confirm Your Shipping Request & Make Payment

Our team will review the details and prepare a shipping quotation based on your selected items, destination, and preferred shipping method.

You will receive a notification once the quotation is ready.
• Review the shipping quotation carefully
• If everything looks good, proceed to make the payment directly from your dashboard

After your payment is confirmed, we’ll start preparing your package for international shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment is dispatched
