Return & Refund Policy
The product is sold to residents of the country where the seller belongs. For the product, the policy related to withdrawal of subscription, refund, and payment of the country to which the seller belongs applies.
Detailed return/exchange regulations are subject to the seller’s regulations.
Precautions for Returns/Exchanges
Returns/exchanges may be restricted in the following cases.
Where the goods are lost or damaged due to a cause responsible to the buyer (except in the case of opening the package to confirm the contents)
If the value of the product has been significantly reduced by the use or consumption of all or part of the buyer (including registration of digital codes)
Where the value of the product has significantly decreased to the extent that it is difficult to resell it over time
When the packaging of the reproducible product is damaged (when the packaging of the reproducible product, including album/book/video publication/photo card/postcard/poster, etc.)
If the production of the ordered/made product has already been carried out (if the seller agrees in writing that irreparable damage is expected, and that the exercise of the right to withdraw subscription is not possible due to such a schedule)
If some components of the product are used, lost or cannot be resold due to damage/fault/fouling due to carelessness in handling, some components are returned unenclosed
Returns/exchanges may be restricted for each product due to the following reasons.

If the packaging of the replicable product is opened

If some components are returned unenclosed
Exchanges are only possible for the same item and option if it is defective. In other cases, you have to go through the repurchase process after returning it.
